1:1 Executive Coaching

You're a top performer.
You got promoted for it.
Now comes the harder climb: becoming a top leader.

If that's you, you're not broken. You're normal. You simply need space to slow down, think, work with someone who asks better questions, and helps you co-author a plan you'll actually act on.

THE STEPS

What it's like across the table

I won't have more answers about your business than you do. I'm known to ask better questions. Every conversation is different because every leader is different. Three tools that I will use every time we get together as a filter for how to approach your coaching topic.

Enneagram

See clearly by learning how to spot your motivations, how you commonly handle conflict, how you process information, how you make decisions, how you communicate both verbally and non-verbally, and how this impacts others.

Values Exercise

See clearly by learning how to identify, define, and generate behaviors that allow you to live your life on purpose.

SALT (Self-Aware Leader Template)

See clearly by learning where your natural strengths are, where your opportunities for improvement lie, and how to communicate those to the right person at the right time.

Together, we'll co-author the plan of action. Along the way, my favorite sentence to hear, somewhere mid-conversation: “Earnhardt, I have never considered that.” Because the courageous part doesn't happen in our conversation. It happens when you step back into your world: the faster decision, the harder conversation, the real issue finally named. That's act courageously, and it's the whole point.

TESTIMONIALS

What leaders say

“

It helped me recognize that leadership isn't about having all the answers. It's about asking better questions.

Christina Vann

Senior Manager, Digital Marketing

“

Jeff and I had some very meaningful conversations when I was on the fence about moving my family to start up the new warehouse [in a different state]. Ultimately, I chose to do it and have gained so much experience from it.

Fan Yang

Senior Manager, Supply Chain

“

The program taught me to accept myself and my strengths instead of pivoting to be who I am not.

Karen McGunagle

Business Unit Sales Manager

And from a leader I coached ten years ago, in a handwritten letter:
"You will never know the impact you've had, but know that it's profound."
