THE BASICS
What is Accelerate?
Accelerate is a one, two, or three year cohort program designed exclusively for your organization. We work with eight to fifteen of your best leaders.
Your cohort meets for five to six full-day workshops over the year, staggered with five to six one-on-one coaching sessions so momentum never stops. Between workshops, your pod, an eccentric collection of your people designed to challenge and complement each other, gathers, sometimes in person, sometimes virtually, to go deeper, challenge each other, and prep for the next session.
In the group, leaders discern wisely together, learning from the most proven leadership thinking available. In the coaching room, they see clearly what's driving them and act courageously on it.

How Accelerate Began
In 2016, I was in Texas producing a live town hall event for Mitsubishi Electric when Michelle Thomas, their HR Director, asked me a direct question on a shared ride to the airport:
What do you actually do when you’re not producing events?
I told her about my one-on-one coaching work, and she invited me to work with one of her senior leaders. Months later, something had clicked enough that Michelle asked the real question:
What if we built this for fifteen of her top leaders at once?
That question became Accelerate, and six cohorts later, it's still the same question every organization I work with is really asking.
